Welcome

Hi! My name is Sunny and I specialize in providing holistic psychotherapy to clients as I walk alongside them in their journey of being human.

I believe that every person has the potential to live out their lives freely and fully, despite the limiting circumstances- and the journey maybe richer with a little bit of professional guidance and help!

I hope to get to know clients as who they really are, identify patterns of emotion, thought, and behaviour that are no longer helpful, and help them to reconnect with their unique selves and values so that they may commit to lives that are more fulfilling and complete.

Existential: focus on self-awareness, freedom, search for meaning, anxiety, and death

Person-centered: focus on relationship, growth, and self-actualization

Strength-based: focus on strengths to deal with problems

Multi-cultural: focus on adapting to new cultures, responding to oppressive cultural contexts

Fees and Services

Full fee is $150 for a 50-minute session. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spaces which I prioritize for those with precarious income.

Sessions can be provided either in English or Korean and either online or in-person in North York, ON.

A free 15-minute online consultation is provided to get to know each other and to see if we are a good therapist-client fit.

Credentials

•Registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) as RP (Qualifying)

•Associate member of the Canadian Association for Spiritual Care (CASC)

•Master of Pastoral Studies with Certification in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy
